Pianist Eunbok Park was born in South Korea and came to the USA at age of 17. She attended Brooklyn College Conservatory in NYC for a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance, and she obtained a Master's degree from Manhattan School of Music. Ms.Park has been a performing member of the Fortnightly Music Club since 2015, and she has performed as both as a solo pianist and a piano four-hands partner at formal concerts. She has also performed locally as a soloist, a chamber musician and as a church accompanist for many years. Ms. Park is a member of the Music Teachers' Association of California, has over 15 years of teaching experience with students of all ages and prepares students for the Certificate of Merit exams.
Composer and pianist Benjamin Belew (Sakagch Akeala) is also a visual artist. Some of his activities include composition, piano performance, illustration and fine art. He has also served as a musical director for theater works.
Violinist Jennifer Hsieh* oined the San Francisco Opera Orchestra in 2017. Prior to joining the San Francisco Opera, Jennifer was a member of the New World Symphony in Miami under the direction of Michael Tilson Thomas. During her studies, she served as the concertmaster of the New England Conservatory Chamber Orchestra and Philharmonia. As a soloist and chamber musician, she performed at Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall and Taiwan's National Concert Hall. Her string quartet, Oceanus received the Entrepreneurship Grant from the New England Conservatory and led a series of masterclasses and performances in Taiwan. She has participated in many music festivals including the Tanglewood Music Festival, the Verbier Festival, the Music Academy of the West, the New York String Seminar, the Kneisel Hall Chamber Music Festival and the Aspen Music Festival. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Jennifer was raised in a family of music lovers. She began piano at age 3 and at age 10, she picked up the violin as a secondary instrument and was immediately taken with it. Jennifer moved to New York City at the age of 13 for her violin studies at the Juilliard Pre-College division. She received her Bachelor's degree and Graduate diploma at the New England Conservatory and earned her Masters degree at the Juilliard School. Her teachers include Naoko Tanaka, Musuko Ushioda and Malcolm Lowe.
Pianist Wen-Chun Ku is a major prize recipient of Harrison Winter Concerto Competition and 2021 King's Peak International Music Competition. Dr. Wen-Chun Ku has performed extensively in the United States and at prestigious venues in her native Taiwan, such as National Concert Hall and Kuan Du Arts Festival. Wenchun has collaborated with the artistic director Roger Brunyate at Peabody Opera Theatre, West Bay Opera, renowned soprano Guiping Deng, and Taiwanese violinist Jennifer Hsieh. Born in Taipei, Wenchun received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Taipei National University of the Arts, and Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts degrees at Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University where she was a merit scholarship student under the guidance of the pianist Benjamin Pasternack and Boris Slutsky. Besides, Wenchun has worked closely with her mentor Meng-Chieh Liu at Curtis Institute for many years. She is currently an active pianist and chamber musician in San Francisco Bay Area.
